Affordable Housing

• In addition to six convenient locations that contain more than 400 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for seniors to live independently, affordable housing options in the NewCourtland Network include:
  • The Cottages: two-bedroom cottages designed specifically for people with dementia to live in a secure, home setting with the support of a loved-one serving as their primary caregiver
  • NewCourtland Square: Philadelphia's first housing complex exclusively serving those who are transitioning out of nursing homes
  • Domiciliary (DOM) Care at NewCourtland: Fully furnished two-bedroom suites with 24-hour supportive services and assistance with personal care, in a warm, dormitory-style setting

Germantown Home

• A traditional nursing home setting that is anything but traditional. With skilled care delivered around-the-clock, Germantown Home blends the best technology with the best and brightest staff
• Unique programs such as Comfort & Joy™, SELF and Pastoral Care build a warm, welcoming, home-like environment…one that keeps seniors engaged with the community and physically, mentally and spiritually active

Education & Workforce Development

• Open to all who qualify, the NewCourtland Education Center and its two schools—the School of Practical Nursing and the Nursing Assistant Training Program—help ensure the perpetual growth of a skilled and competent workforce in the field of healthcare
• Ladder of Opportunity: an innovative program that enables any NewCourtland Network employee to receive skilled training and support in order to pursue his/her goal of joining the nursing profession

Business-to-Business Solutions

• Courtland HT: Healthcare technology offering seniors the power to age in place with the assistance of non-intrusive, wireless sensors and remote monitoring that support independence, aid management of chronic conditions and ensure access to help when needed
• Select Plus: Financial services, including clinical financial consulting and oversight; and staff placement of certified Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinators (RNACs)
