10 K Club

The NewCourtland Network has established that in order to be successful, we must build a strong sense of affiliation between the individuals in the nursing Leadership group, their facility, and the Network as a whole. Individuals in the Network are recognized as professionals and encouraged to participate in activities which will educate and enlighten them.

The 10K Club provides each Nursing Leader with a paid membership to a nursing association, a paid subscription to a nursing journal mailed to their home, and paid attendance at a local or national nursing conference once every three years.

In addition, representatives of the facility Nursing Leadership group participate in biannual meetings and planning activities, and sit on network-wide committees.
