The Ladder of Oportunity

NewCourtland makes career advancement easier for its employees through the Ladder of Opportunity. Our staff can accomplish more for themselves and their families with a successful and rewarding career in nursing.

This program provides the guidance, education, and opportunities necessary to become a Certified Nursing Assistant II, a Certified Nursing Assistant Specialist, a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Registered Nurse, a BSN, or a MSN.

The Ladder of Opportunity program includes extensive and innovative in-house training conducted in classrooms and at the bedside, tuition assistance of up to $2,000 annually, and a host of scholarship options aimed at financially supporting staff who have shown the initiative to advance their nursing careers.
