Apartments at Clearfield Grand Opening

NewCourtland will celebrate the grand opening of the Apartments at Clearfield, a new 48-unit affordable senior housing community designed to support healthy aging and a long-term neighborhood investment in North Philadelphia.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 2033 W. Toronto Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132, and will include tours, resident stories, community partner engagement, and remarks from local and state leaders.
