The first is happening on Saturday, April 10, 9-4pm AND REQUIRES REGISTRATION (see details below):

This clinic is for those Age 75+ and healthy, in Phase 1a, 1b,
and Ages 18-74 with pre-existing conditions
Photo ID & proof of Philadelphia residency required
(Moderna Vaccine)

The second is happening on Saturday, April 24, 9am-1pm AND IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

This clinic is for those 55 and older
Photo ID & proof of Philadelphia residency required
(Vaccine TBD)
