Retirement Reflections with Gratitude

Greetings NewCourtland and Colleagues,
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the memorable retirement celebration. I am truly grateful to everyone at NewCourtland for the thoughtful recognition of my service and for the warm acknowledgments expressed during the event held last Thursday, March 19, 2026. The kind remarks shared by all in attendance were deeply meaningful.

It has been a privilege to work alongside the dedicated individuals at NewCourtland. The organization’s success is a testament to your commitment, professionalism, and “can-do” attitude. Each of you should take pride in the essential work you do and the lasting legacy you are creating. Your collective efforts are crucial to upholding
NewCourtland’s reputation for excellence in care.

Over the years, it has been rewarding to witness the positive impact we have had on hundreds of thousands of Philadelphia residents. Our achievements reflect the standard of quality that others aspire to match, and I encourage everyone to recognize the significance of our contributions to the community.

I wish to express particular thanks to Alison Corter and the entire team whose hard work ensured my final day at NewCourtland was a resounding success. Best wishes for continued success and fulfillment in all your future endeavors.
