Germanton Home physician’s are dedicated team of experienced gerontologists, nurse practitioners and home-visiting doctors dedicated to serving our residents and program participants.

The Services On-site Program provides Service Coordinators to assist with everything from insurance forms to diet advice to arranging transportation to senior centers.
Germantown Home
Germantown Home offers residents state-of-the art accommodations, along with long-term, skilled, and respite care. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
