PA Department of Aging Master Plan

  • Posted on Aug 31, 2023

Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) hosted a Listening Session on the Pennsylvania Master Plan for Older Adults a 10-year, state-led and stakeholder-driven strategic plan designed to help transform the infrastructure and coordination of services for older Pennsylvanians. The master plan will also reflect the needs and preferences of this population to live where they choose and access the supports they need to thrive and age in place.

We are asking staff, community partners, and most importantly, the consumers we serve to click here to access the survey or paste this link into your browser: https://pitt.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3Q1mY2reuUlIWou?Source=NC.  The information that you provide is crucial for the new Master Plan. The Master Plan will help guide policies and programs for older adults and adults with disabilities for the next decade. This survey is designed to capture the experience of older adults and adults with disabilities.  There is also space at the end of the survey to share other suggestions or issues you find important.   The survey will be open until 09/30/2023.  More information about the Master Plan for Older Adults can be found on the Pennsylvania Department of Aging website.
